Michael Dash, President and CEO, has served clientele throughout the United States for 15 years by delivering customized solutions to their technical and financial staffing objectives. His unparalleled passion for the success of his clients and desire to outperform, outwork and deliver the highest quality of talent in the marketplace, has allowed Michael to established himself as a leader in the industry. Having graduated from the University of Maryland’s renowned business school, Michael served in a client services role for some of the major Fortune 100 companies in the world. After spending 10 years of his career in Washington DC and then NYC, Michael’s devotion to the industry led him to Salt Lake City, Utah and Parallel HR Solutions. Michael’s philosophy is to continually pursue providing the highest level of personalized customer service and strategic fulfillment while going above and beyond the call of duty in order to exceed client’s expectations.

Chuck Hudgins, Internal Community Manager, has been with Parallel HR Solutions for three years and currently oversees recruiting process management as well as training for Parallel HR. Chuck has an extensive background in education and training, including teaching university level courses at the University of Utah as well as software training in both the legal and recruiting fields. He holds an MA in Philosophy from Virginia Tech and will soon complete a PhD in Philosophy (Applied Ethics) at the University of Utah.

 

Trevor Smith, Sr. Recruiting Manager, has been in the recruiting industry for over 12 years. His experience spans industries including Information Technology, Finance and Accounting, Education, HealthCare, and Telecommunications. He has worked with staffing and executive recruiting agencies of all shapes and sizes. Trevor started his recruiting career with the world’s largest specialized staffing firm. He has also managed and lead small boutique recruiting teams and companies. Additionally, his experience includes career coaching, contributions to a published and certified recruiting/career search system, frequent contributions to an online recruiting publication, and more. Trevor was also part of a non-profit consulting firm that created over 150 positions for displaced farmers and recent graduates in the Kingdom of Tonga.

 

Bethany Canner, Recruiting Manager. Bethany joined Parallel HR in their earliest days and currently manages the Idaho Branch and specializes in our non-technical requirements. Bethany received her degree in Finance from the University of Idaho and began her career in Accounting and Financial Analysis for both a publicly traded and privately-held corporation. In 2006, she jumped at the opportunity to join Parallel HR’s Professional Recruiting Group, where she specializes in finding top talent for clients’ needs in finance, accounting, sales & marketing, analytics, and business operations. Bethany has been a top producer since joining Parallel HR and took leadership of the Professional Team in 2010 and has been instrumental in building out the Idaho Branch.

 

Mahe Magesh, Sr. Enterprise Solutions Recruiting Manager, was one of Parallel HR’s first employees when she began as a recruiter. She rose quickly through the ranks and was recognized as a top individual producer, a top account manager and a top team leader. In her current role, Mahe manages our onshore/offshore recruiting teams including a team in Nasik, India. She interfaces with top level management in both IT and Financial industries that include many Fortune 500 companies. Mahe has a Master’s degree in International Business and is quite knowledgeable within the software technology arena. She is happily married and a proud mother of a beautiful three-year old daughter. In her spare time, she writes poetry and enjoys movies.
