Having graduated from the University of Maryland’s renowned business school, Michael served in a client services role for some of the major Fortune 100 companies in the world. After spending 10 years of his career in Washington DC and then NYC, Michael’s devotion to the industry led him to Salt Lake City, Utah and Parallel HR Solutions. Michael’s philosophy is to continually pursue providing the highest level of personalized customer service and strategic fulfillment while going above and beyond the call of duty in order to exceed client’s expectations.



Trent Wignall,  Vice President of Business Development, as Vice President of Business Development, Trent Wignall drives the strategic direction, revenue production and sales efforts for Parallel HR Solutions. He supports the company’s national portfolio across various markets and industry through brand awareness, public relations, sales initiatives and revenue growth strategies.  Trent has a broad range of experience distinguished by consistent achievement in areas of business leadership, b2b marketing, sales and product management.  Active in the community, he spends time coaching the DNA Cycling Rouleur Junior Development mountain bike race team and advocating for the National Inter-scholastic Cycling Association promoting High School and Middle School youth cycling.  He also supports the local chapter of the National Cancer Society and National Multiple Sclerosis Society through his fund raising efforts.  He is also actively engaged in a numerous business associations including the Utah Technology Council, the Mountain West Capital Network and Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce.  Trent is a Utah native, growing up in a variety of states around the nation and graduated from the University of Utah.  When not at work, you can find him outside-especially in the mountains-racing bikes, skiing, golfing, backpacking and fishing with his two boys and his wife of 18 years-the three things that he is most proud of.


David Derby, Talent Acquisition Manager, 


Mahe Magesh, Sr. Enterprise Solutions Recruiting Manager, was one of Parallel HR’s first employees when she began as a recruiter. She rose quickly through the ranks and was recognized as a top individual producer, a top account manager and a top team leader. In her current role, Mahe manages our onshore/offshore recruiting teams including a team in Nasik, India. She interfaces with top level management in both IT and Financial industries that include many Fortune 500 companies. Mahe has a Master’s degree in International Business and is quite knowledgeable within the software technology arena. She is happily married and a proud mother of a beautiful three-year old daughter. In her spare time, she writes poetry and enjoys movies.


Vijay Suryawanshi, Director of Talent Acquisition, joined the Parallel HR Team in 2015. Overall 15 years of experience in different Domain including 10 years of US staffing experience. Vijay has studied from Mumbai University (Specialized in Accounting & Taxation). Extensive experience as a self-motivated and Result-Goal oriented professional with experience in field of Technical recruiting, Management and Account Management in field of US IT Staffing & Consulting. Worked in capacities of a Director/Operations Manager, Team lead as well as stand-alone staffing specialist with extensive experience in managing small to large sized teams. Developed & Implemented several Cost-effective recruitment strategies and Plan.  He is currently living in Nasik, India with his Wife & Mother. In his free time he enjoys traveling and reading spiritual Books.
