Hiring a Facebook/Paid Social Media Manager Spanish Required in Coconut Grove, Florida

The platform offers on-demand content as well as personalized, live classes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with teachers who are all native English speakers. Students enjoy a unique, practical and fun learning experience that caters to their own schedule and pace.

Today, the company offers its online English classes to over 100,000 students all over Latin America – including Brazil – and to the Spanish-speaking community in the United States. Offices are located in Miami, Bogota, Sao Paulo, Caracas and Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Social Planning and Implementation
  • Mastery of all relevant social platform UIs and capabilities, relevant API management platforms and strong knowledge of Tier II vendors and capabilities
  • Be an “expert” on all Facebook and Twitter offerings and opportunities including: all ad units, targeting options/providers and inventory sources (FBX)
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies
  • Prepare and present strategic media recommendations, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and all backup materials
  • Work with management to set and fulfil strategies by creating deliverables and specific recommendations – Including account structure and implementation, optimizations, conditional testing, tracking, and overall management
  • Ensure integration & coordination between social and planning teams
  • Design and implement or oversee implementation of single and multi-variant tests to increase campaign efficiency
  • Keep abreast of current events, social/digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Coconut Grove, FL office and work authorization in the U.S. is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of related media planning experience
  • Extensive experience with Kenshoo or similar marketing management/automation platform
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Ability to work within and effectively manage a team, prioritizing and organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports
  • Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
  • Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business
  • Proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
