Hiring a Health Benefits Advisor in Salt Lake City, UT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Health Insurance Licenses and Appointments
  • Consult with our users via phone, web ticket, and chat as they compare and purchase plans
  • Create processes to manage and service existing policies
  • Test new ways to drive conversions, retention, and member satisfaction
  • Ensure our users have an awesome experience buying and utilizing their health insurance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to obtain Utah resident insurance license
  • Knowledgeable about Utah Health Insurance Carriers (preferred)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and client focusing skills
  • Strong decision making skills and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to be flexible in a high pressure environment
  • Strong teamwork building and organization skills
