Hiring a Healthcare IT Sales Manager in San Francisco, CA

The Sales Manager will be part of the Medical Technologies Market (HMT) team  and will be responsible for driving sales solutions and services in a given region of the US.

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of new clients & opportunities within healthcare IT vendors and medical device companies
  • Drive overall deal closure and revenues for the Medical Technologies Market
  • Drive new account wins through consultative selling
  • Partner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomes
  • Build and execute account strategy for revenue growth in the Medical Technologies Market
  • Build and nurture relationships within the new accounts
  • Lead contract discussions / negotiations

Other areas of participation

  • Identify need and support development of specific niche solutions for the market
  • Participate in trade shows / conferences
  • Work with Delivery organization to scope solutions

B.  Location:

  • SFO, CA / West Coast, with frequent travel up to 60- 70% outside office

C.  Required Experience / Skills:

  • Around 10-15 years of overall experience in Healthcare IT services and must have prior sales hunters experience
  • Strong experience in Consultative selling in the US Healthcare market
  • Experience working in global delivery model
  • Prior experience managing new business development and Account Management
  • Developed business and nurtured relationships within the accounts
  • Broad understanding of technologies / skills
  • Overall experience in Business development, Contract negotiation, making effective presentations, Solution mindset is essential
  • Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives in essential
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field
