Our Client, an innovative Data Analytics organization that is advancing healthcare marketing with the industry’s most powerful platform is seeking a HR Manager.


  • Manage all HR functions, including talent review and acquisition, performance management, organizational capability and design, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations and development and training
  •  Lead recruitment process including campus recruiting, agency recruiting relationships, interview protocol and training and applicant tracking and reporting
  • Provide advice and counsel to department heads on handling/resolving employee relations issues
  • Leverage HR policies, programs and practices to create and maintain a positive, high-performing workplace and act as “go-to” resource for employees
  • Implement and oversee company performance management program and partner with VPs/management on other talent management processes, organizational assessment and learning strategies and leadership development
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and integrate new staff positions, including creating job descriptions, performance evaluation criteria and organization structure
  • Responsible for employee transactions (new hires, terminations, promotions) including offer letters, wage notices, onboarding, terminations and orientations
  • Maintain all employee benefits plans with company brokers and providers
  • Manage projects, programs and practices that engage, inspire and recognize workforce performance


  • 5+ years experience in an human resources role, ideally with small/medium corporate experience
  • Ability to work effectively as a valuable partner with senior management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and constructively problem solve
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented
  • Effective written and oral communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of HR employment related laws/practices
